Casa One — property ops
Leasing, rent, maintenance and tenants in one connected system — owners invite tenants to onboard themselves, and rent collects on autopilot.

[ THE PROBLEM ]
Landlords were running a portfolio on spreadsheets and phone calls.
Rent got tracked in a notebook or a shared sheet, tenant onboarding meant collecting documents over WhatsApp, and a maintenance issue meant a phone call that may or may not reach the right person.
None of it was connected, so owners had no single view of what was owed, who had paid, or what was broken across their properties.
[ WHAT WE BUILT ]
- Properties & units management — rent, deposits, amenities and occupancy in one place
- Tenant self-onboarding via an invite link, with password or one-tap Google sign-in
- Lease agreement generation with landlord and tenant e-signatures
- Recurring rent invoicing and reconciliation across UPI, cards and manual proof
- Maintenance tickets that route themselves to nearby verified maintainers
- Income, expense, profit & loss, occupancy and tenant-history reports
- Automated rent reminders, overdue notices and lease-expiry alerts
- Google sign-in and two-factor authentication, installable as a home-screen app
[ HOW WE WORKED ]
The platform had to work for three very different users at once — owners, tenants and maintainers — so we designed three separate portals on one shared data model rather than bolting tenant or maintainer views onto an owner-first system.
Tenant self-onboarding came from a simple observation: owners were the bottleneck for every new tenant's paperwork. An invite link that lets a tenant fill their own details, upload documents and reserve the unit removed that entirely.
Every organisation's data is isolated with database-level row security and role-based access, so one landlord's tenants, finances and properties never touch another's.
